Delivery Policy

Shipping and Delivery:

  • Cash On Delivery (COD) not available
  • Theprintink.in will make every effort to ensure timely delivery of the printed products to the client's specified shipping address or as otherwise agreed upon.
  • The delivery timeframe will be 5-7 working days.
  • Theprintink.in reserves the right to use reliable shipping carriers and methods based on the nature of the order and the client's location.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges will be calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected for the order.
  • The client will be informed of the applicable shipping charges prior to finalizing the order.
  • For Retun & Replacement of the orders, the shipping charges will be charged additional from the client's.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation:

  • Theprintink.in will provide the client with tracking information for their order once it has been shipped.
  • It is the client's responsibility to track the shipment and ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package upon delivery.

Delivery Delays:

  • While Theprintink.in strives to meet estimated delivery dates, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, natural disasters, or customs procedures.
  • Theprintink.in shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

  • The client must provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order placement.
  • Theprintink.in will not be held responsible for delivery failures or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or insufficient address details provided by the client.

International Shipping:

  • For international shipments, the client is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices.
  • Theprintink.in is not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues arising from customs inspections or clearance processes.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • In the event of a damaged or lost shipment, the client must notify Theprintink.in immediately. Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be made within 2 business days of receiving the order.
  • Theprintink.in will work with the client and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement, subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping carrier.

Partial Shipments:

  • Theprintink.in reserves the right to ship an order in multiple shipments if it contains items with different production or availability timelines. The client will be notified of any partial shipments.

Damaged Product Being Received:

  • If the product received has the exterior box/cover tampered with, DO NOT ACCEPT IT. Instead, snap a picture and share it with us while rejecting it, which may help us place a fresh order before the damaged one is returned to us for inquiry.
  • If the product is received in fine condition but the inside product is damaged, we will assist you in managing it; however, if the opening video is available, we will assist you in sending the replacement order without question.

Change of Delivery Address:

  • Any request for a change in the delivery address after the order has been shipped may result in additional charges and delays. Theprintink.in will assess the feasibility of accommodating such requests on a case-by-case basis.
